I have awakened a sleeping tiger
a ravenous wolf
set free wild intractable forces
and it is I who is torn apart
Warring Principalities
A Cosmic Struggle
waged upon our bodies
within our souls
a battle
that some only come to know
in Death
but if consciousness dawns
in broad daylight
how are we to meet
this Sacrificial Banquet
Victory
comes only in retreat
not by struggle
or direct force

step into the waters of the deep

where wuld we be

and
what are stars
but reflections
of love
bouncing
from distant points
around the earth
back
to hearts in need

coming to terms
with a life

time to reflect

reclaim qualities
lying dormant
discard false identities
imposed or assumed

Into fate she flew
proud and undaunted
with quiet integrity
like a child
seeking her mother
Columbia
approached the earth
with divine adjusment
her path was altered
and
as the wind
blows thru the trees...
a sigh
she emerged
on the other side
breaking thru
arriving on schedule
to a New Heaven
a New Earth
wholly transformed
by a Higher Reality
while
we left behind
but
picked up the pieces
